We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Sports Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sports operations within our agricultural organization. This includes managing sports facilities, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth running of sports programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans for sports facilities and programs
- Manage and oversee all sports operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and staffing
- Coordinate with coaches, athletes, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of sports events and programs
- Maintain and update sports facilities to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to support sports operations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sports programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to sports operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sports operations management
- Knowledge of sports facilities management, event coordination, and program development
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software programs
