We are seeking a dynamic and organized Staffing Specialist Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will assist the Staffing Specialist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions within the company
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on potential hires
- Maintain and update candidate database and tracking systems
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms
- Provide administrative support to the Staffing Specialist as needed
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws in the UAE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
