Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staffing Specialist Assistant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi's manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to the staffing and recruitment processes, ensuring that our manufacturing facility is staffed with qualified and skilled personnel. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Staffing Specialist in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the qualifications and responsibilities of open positions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate documentation of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the manufacturing roles.
- Prepare and distribute interview materials, including candidate profiles and interview guides, to hiring teams.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as necessary.
- Assist in the administration of pre-employment assessments and background checks in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions and coordinating training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of staffing metrics and report on recruitment progress to the Staffing Specialist.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to staffing, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining personnel files.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE is an advantage.
