We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sterile Processing Technician Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will assist the Sterile Processing Technician in maintaining the cleanliness and sterility of equipment used in the aerospace and defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing surgical instruments and equipment for use in aerospace and defense applications
- Follow strict protocols and procedures to ensure all equipment is properly sterilized
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment inventory
- Assist in the assembly of instrument trays and surgical packs
- Monitor and report any issues with equipment or sterilization processes
- Adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines
- Assist in training new staff members on proper sterilization procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a sterile processing or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
