We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Stockroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the stockroom, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of stockroom staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or invoices
- Organize and store goods in an efficient and accessible manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for replenishment as needed
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain up-to-date inventory counts
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies or issues
- Implement and enforce proper safety protocols and procedures in the stockroom
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- [Random] years of experience in stockroom management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- UAE driving license is a plus
