### Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Store Assistant to join our retail team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while maintaining store operations efficiently. As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including customer service, inventory management, and store presentation.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products.
- Provide detailed information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Handle transactions at the cash register, processing payments and issuing receipts accurately.

- Inventory Management:
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing inventory on the sales floor.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock counts and report discrepancies to management.

- Store Presentation:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and display areas.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and signage is updated.
- Assist in creating attractive product displays to promote sales and enhance customer engagement.

- Sales Support:
- Support sales initiatives by actively promoting current promotions and offers.
- Assist in the execution of visual merchandising standards to enhance product visibility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

- Operational Duties:
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or supervisor.

### Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service (1-5 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

### Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
- Proficient in the use of point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software (preferred).
