We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Consultant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to communicate and implement strategic initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure success
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to support decision-making processes
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry to inform strategic planning efforts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- [5-8] years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
