Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Planning Manager to lead our strategic planning initiatives within our manufacturing operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of our company by developing and implementing strategies that align with our business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Development:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the manufacturing industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data necessary for strategic planning.

2. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and communicate findings to senior management.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing strategic initiatives and performance outcomes.

3. Project Management:
- Oversee the implementation of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with various departments, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and resource allocation.
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and sessions to foster collaboration and innovation.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and operational teams to ensure transparency and clarity in strategic objectives.

5. Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by promoting best practices and innovative solutions.
- Stay informed of industry developments and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide thought leadership on strategic issues impacting the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning or business development within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in project management and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strategic planning software/tools.
