We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Manager to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability in the highly competitive pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products and services, and recommend strategic changes as needed
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities
- Lead the development of business cases and financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning
- Present strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- [X] years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business development in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
