We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Draftsman to join our Real Estate team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and designing structural elements for residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans for structural components of buildings, including beams, columns, and foundations
- Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and requirements
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate and precise drawings
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders
- Coordinate with other members of the design and construction team to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in structural drafting and design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in structural drafting for Real Estate projects
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
