We are seeking a skilled Structural Iron Worker to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in constructing and assembling structural steel frameworks for buildings, bridges, and other structures. The candidate should be able to read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of the structure, as well as measure and cut steel materials to ensure a precise fit.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install iron or steel girders, columns, and other construction materials to form the framework of buildings, bridges, and other structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the structure
- Measure and cut steel materials using cutting torches or other tools
- Weld, bolt, or rivet steel materials together to form the structure
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety standards and building codes
- Inspect and repair existing structures as needed
- Collaborate with other construction workers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Structural Iron Worker or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of welding, cutting, and other metalworking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in welding or metalworking
- Previous experience working on construction projects in Dubai
