Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Retail Stylist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As a Retail Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing personalized styling advice and ensuring that our merchandise is presented in an appealing manner. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that encourages customer engagement, while also driving sales through your styling expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting outfits and accessories, ensuring a perfect match for various occasions and personal styles.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, product offerings, and brand stories to effectively communicate with clients.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing displays that showcase the latest collections and promote seasonal themes.
- Conduct styling consultations and personal shopping sessions, both in-store and virtually, to enhance the customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business through follow-up communications and personalized outreach.
- Participate in promotional events and fashion shows, contributing to the planning and execution of styling presentations.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide feedback on product demand and customer preferences to inform future merchandising strategies.
- Assist in training new team members on styling techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a stylist or in a similar role within the retail industry (2-8 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, seasonal styles, and customer preferences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to styling and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms to promote styling services and engage with customers.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as required.

Education:

- A degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
