We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Surgical Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Surgical Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons during surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room is set up properly, and providing support to the surgical team throughout the procedure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by handing them instruments, sutures, and other supplies as needed
- Maintain a sterile field throughout the procedure to prevent infection
- Monitor the patient's vital signs and assist with positioning the patient on the operating table
- Prepare and dress surgical wounds following the procedure
- Assist with post-operative care, including transferring the patient to the recovery room and monitoring their condition
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all surgical procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Surgical Assistant
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a surgical team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
