We are looking for a skilled Surgical Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and a passion for working in a surgical setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting surgeons during surgical procedures by providing technical support and ensuring all necessary equipment is in place
- Maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room and following all infection control protocols
- Preparing patients for surgery, which may include shaving and sterilizing the surgical site
- Monitoring patients during surgery and providing updates to the surgical team
- Assisting with post-operative care, including dressing changes and wound care
- Maintaining accurate records of surgical procedures and patient information
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Previous experience working in a surgical setting is preferred
- Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to patient safety
