We are looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and a passion for the agriculture industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process for various positions within the agriculture sector
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracking system
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Familiarity with agriculture industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
