We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a strong understanding of the energy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions within the energy sector
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and other sourcing techniques
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the energy industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
