We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Dubai within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- [X] years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
