We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Agent to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the financial services industry. As a Talent Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent within the financial services sector, as well as managing client relationships and negotiating contracts on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit top talent within the financial services industry, including bankers, financial analysts, investment managers, and other professionals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts to understand their hiring needs and provide them with top talent to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of employment on behalf of our clients, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the agreement.
- Provide career guidance and support to talent, helping them to navigate the job market and find opportunities that align with their goals and aspirations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to ensure that our clients and talent are well-informed and prepared for success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
