We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Agent to join our team in Dubai within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization
- Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding

Requirements:
