We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Talent Manager will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within the financial services industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, and a deep understanding of talent management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development
- Partner with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Build relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to enhance talent pipelines
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [6-8] years of experience in talent management or a related field
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of successfully managing talent acquisition and development programs
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE
