We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent within the energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates for open positions
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
- Coordinate with HR to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to build a strong talent pipeline
- Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and advancement opportunities
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to senior management on talent acquisition activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the energy sector
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and retaining top talent
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
