We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Tax Manager Assistant in the Energy sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Tax Manager to assist in managing all aspects of tax compliance and reporting for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary financial information for tax filings
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure the company is in compliance
- Assist in responding to tax inquiries and audits from local authorities
- Support the Tax Manager in developing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings
- Prepare tax provision calculations and assist in tax accounting processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the Energy industry
- Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation and ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred
- [X] years of experience in tax compliance and reporting in the Energy sector
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
