We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Tax Manager Assistant in the telecommunications industry, you will be responsible for assisting the Tax Manager in all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all local and international tax laws and regulations
- Support the Tax Manager in conducting research on tax issues and providing recommendations for tax planning strategies
- Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation and maintaining transfer pricing policies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for tax reporting and audits
- Assist in managing relationships with tax authorities and responding to tax inquiries and audits
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact the telecommunications industry
- Support the Tax Manager in various tax projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional certification is preferred
- [Number] years of experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of local and international tax laws and regulations
- Experience with transfer pricing and tax audits is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
