We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Tax Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Tax Manager in all tax-related matters for our financial services firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Tax Manager in preparing and filing tax returns for the company and its clients
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist in developing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Prepare tax provisions and forecasts
- Review financial statements and reports to identify tax implications
- Assist in responding to tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
- Provide support in tax planning and structuring for transactions
- Stay up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred

- Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
