We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Tax Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related activities within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance, tax planning, and tax reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liability for the company
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local regulations
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors
- Conduct tax research and analysis to support decision-making
- Review and analyze financial data to identify tax opportunities and risks
- Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
- Provide tax support and guidance to internal teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or ACCA certification is preferred
