We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Tax Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related operations within the retail sector. This individual will work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with local tax regulations and optimize tax strategies for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial performance
- Conduct regular reviews of tax policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors to support tax planning and compliance efforts
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate implications to relevant stakeholders
- Analyze financial data and reports to identify tax risks and opportunities for savings
- Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting teams on tax-related matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA or CTA preferred
- [X] years of experience in tax operations within the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations
- Experience working with tax software and financial systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
