We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Tax Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax operations within the healthcare industry. This individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, optimizing tax strategies, and managing tax-related risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings for the organization
- Manage all tax compliance activities, including filing tax returns, maintaining tax records, and responding to tax audits
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact the organization and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team on tax-related matters
- Prepare tax forecasts and projections to assist with financial planning and budgeting
- Oversee tax planning for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations for resolution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or relevant professional certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in tax operations, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software
