We are seeking a Tax Specialist Assistant to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The Tax Specialist Assistant will work closely with the Tax Specialist to ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize tax strategies for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Tax Specialist in preparing and filing tax returns, including VAT returns, income tax returns, and other tax filings
- Review financial data and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness for tax purposes
- Assist in researching tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for tax filings and provide guidance on tax-related matters
- Assist in responding to tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the UAE and internationally
- Support the Tax Specialist in implementing tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency for the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional certification is a plus
- [Number] years of experience in tax compliance and tax planning
- Knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations, particularly in the healthcare industry, is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
