Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support our Telecommunications department in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and a passion for education. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with the professors to assist in delivering high-quality academic programs to students.

Responsibilities:
- Assist professors with course preparation, including creating lesson plans and organizing materials
- Provide support to students during lectures and lab sessions
- Grade assignments, exams, and projects
- Conduct research and assist in the development of curriculum
- Assist in organizing and coordinating guest lectures, seminars, and workshops
- Provide guidance and support to students on academic matters
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a related field
- Previous experience in a teaching or academic support role (2-4 years)
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications concepts and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
