We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in energy-related subjects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons on various energy topics
- Provide support to students in understanding complex energy concepts and theories
- Help create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist in grading assignments and providing feedback to students
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop innovative teaching strategies
- Supervise students during class activities and field trips
- Assist in organizing and participating in extracurricular activities related to energy education

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Energy, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a similar field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of energy-related subjects and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Less than 8 years of experience in a related field
