We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate and a strong desire to help guide and mentor students pursuing a career in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead instructor in preparing and delivering lessons on various real estate topics
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may be struggling with course material
- Lead group discussions and activities related to real estate concepts and principles
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and exams in a timely manner
- Assist in developing and updating course curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and engaging
- Provide feedback to students to help them improve their understanding and performance in the course
- Help students navigate the real estate industry and provide career guidance and advice

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a related field
- Strong knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and laws in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

Preferred Qualifications:

- Fluency in Arabic and English
