We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Account Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and customer service, with a focus on manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Technical Account Manager in managing client accounts and relationships
- Provide technical support to clients on manufacturing processes and equipment
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services

- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to clients
- Monitor and track client satisfaction and feedback
