We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Communicator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in transportation and logistics, as well as excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create technical documentation for transportation and logistics projects.
- Develop user guides, manuals, and other technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Edit and proofread technical content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation.
- Help maintain a library of technical documents and ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist with training materials and presentations for internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- [X] years of experience in technical communication, transportation, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with content management systems and document collaboration tools is a plus.
