Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail technologies and solutions, with the ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their business needs and challenges to offer appropriate technical solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our retail technology products and services, including software, hardware, and integrated solutions.
- Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences within the retail sector.
- Support and Training: Provide post-sales technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our solutions effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the retail technology sector.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building relationships and closing sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with retail management systems, point-of-sale (POS) solutions, and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
