Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Telecommunication Equipment Installer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah's retail sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation of Equipment: Install, configure, and maintain various telecommunication equipment including routers, switches, telephones, and other communication devices in retail environments.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to retail operations.

- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to telecommunication systems and equipment.

- System Upgrades: Perform regular assessments of existing telecommunication systems, recommending upgrades and improvements to enhance performance and reliability.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance work, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the retail management team and other departments to coordinate installation schedules and ensure seamless integration of equipment into daily operations.

- Training: Educate retail staff on the proper use of telecommunication equipment and troubleshooting techniques to empower them to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in telecommunications or a related field is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment, preferably within a retail environment.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in telecommunication systems, networking principles, and basic electrical knowledge; familiarity with VoIP systems is a plus.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments, including tight spaces and elevated heights.
