We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our retail products, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell retail products.
- Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective calling strategies and sales pitches.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and share insights.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, preferably in the retail sector (1-5 years).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Knowledge of the Dubai retail market is a plus.
