We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Title Examiner Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in title examination and a strong knowledge of property laws and regulations in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Title Examiners in conducting research and examining property titles to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Review property documents, including deeds, mortgages, and surveys, to identify any discrepancies or issues that may affect ownership
- Prepare reports and summaries of findings for Title Examiners and management
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve title-related issues
- Assist in coordinating with government agencies and municipalities to obtain property documents and records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of title examinations and related documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Law, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in title examination or a similar role
- Strong understanding of property laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and title examination software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
