We are seeking a highly motivated Traffic Engineer Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for traffic engineering and urban planning, with a strong background in transportation and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Traffic Engineer in conducting traffic impact studies for new real estate developments
- Analyze traffic data and propose solutions to alleviate congestion and improve traffic flow
- Collaborate with government agencies and consultants to ensure compliance with local traffic regulations and standards
- Assist in the design and implementation of traffic management plans for construction sites
- Support the implementation of sustainable transportation initiatives, such as bike lanes and pedestrian-friendly streets
- Conduct field inspections and monitor traffic patterns to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field
- [X] years of experience in traffic engineering or related field
- Proficiency in traffic engineering software such as Synchro, VISSIM, and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi traffic regulations and standards is a plus
