We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traffic Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of telecommunications traffic within the company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient traffic management, as well as analyze traffic patterns and trends to optimize network performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of telecommunications traffic within the company, including voice, data, and video traffic
- Monitor and analyze network traffic patterns to identify potential issues and optimize network performance
- Coordinate with various departments, including network operations, customer service, and sales, to ensure efficient traffic management
- Implement traffic management policies and procedures to improve network efficiency and reduce congestion
- Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure seamless traffic exchange and interoperability
- Provide regular reports and updates on traffic performance and trends to senior management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in traffic management technologies and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in traffic management in the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of telecommunications networks and protocols
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing telecommunications traffic
