We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Traffic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the flow of work within the marketing department, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role will require strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the traffic schedule for all marketing projects, including print and digital campaigns, events, and promotions
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks or delays, proactively addressing issues as they arise
- Communicate project statuses and updates to all relevant parties, including senior management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Track and report on project metrics, including budget spent, timeline adherence, and overall success metrics
- Continuously improve processes and workflows to streamline project management and increase efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in project management or traffic management, preferably in a financial services industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
