We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our Retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, specifically within the retail industry, and will be responsible for creating and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all levels of employees, including new hires, existing staff, and management
- Identify training needs and gaps within the organization and create strategies to address them
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Manage the training budget and resources effectively
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars as needed
- Provide coaching and support to employees to help them reach their full potential
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in training and development, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
