Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Training Assistant to support our training programs within the Aerospace and Defense sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of training methodologies and an aptitude for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a key member of our training team, you will assist in the development, coordination, and execution of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training Coordination: Assist in the scheduling and coordination of training sessions, including logistics such as venue selection, equipment setup, and participant registration.

- Material Preparation: Support the development and preparation of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other instructional resources tailored to the Aerospace and Defense industry.

- Participant Support: Act as the primary point of contact for training participants, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive training experience.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, participant feedback, and training outcomes. Assist in the analysis of training data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Training Delivery: Support trainers during sessions by providing administrative assistance, managing participant engagement, and ensuring that training resources are readily available.

- Feedback Collection: Gather and compile feedback from training participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations specific to Aerospace and Defense.

- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of training materials and equipment, ensuring that all resources are up-to-date and readily available for training sessions.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in training and development, particularly within the Aerospace and Defense sector, to contribute to the enhancement of training programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a training or educational support role, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
