We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Operations Program Manager to oversee the training operations within our healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, training coordination, and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs to address those needs
- Manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, materials preparation, and evaluation processes
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate with external training providers and vendors to supplement internal training programs as needed
- Manage the budget for training operations and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs
- Supervise a team of trainers and training coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, training coordination, or healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience supervising a team of training professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management software
