We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the agriculture industry and a passion for developing and implementing training programs for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for employees in the agriculture industry, focusing on technical skills, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the training program, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers and industry experts to enhance the quality of training offerings.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Training and Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training program management in the agriculture industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
