We are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in healthcare. The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for healthcare professionals to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training programs and materials tailored to the specific needs of healthcare professionals in Abu Dhabi
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to healthcare professionals to reinforce training concepts and skills
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in healthcare to continuously improve training programs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, or related field

- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
