Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for employees at all levels within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on manufacturing processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure training initiatives are meeting the needs of the organization
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing training on company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field

- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
