We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Transportation Analyst Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will provide support to the Transportation Analyst in managing transportation operations for our Aerospace and Defense company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing transportation data and trends to optimize transportation routes and costs
- Monitor transportation schedules and ensure on-time delivery of goods
- Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange transportation services
- Assist in tracking shipments and resolving any transportation-related issues
- Prepare reports and presentations on transportation performance and cost savings initiatives
- Support in evaluating and selecting transportation providers based on cost, reliability, and service quality
- Assist in managing transportation contracts and agreements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
