We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Agent to join our team in Al Ain. As a Travel Agent in the Information Technology industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and organizing travel arrangements for both domestic and international clients.

Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend travel options, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, based on clients' needs and budget
- Book reservations for airfare, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services
- Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documents
- Assist clients with visa applications and travel insurance
- Handle any changes or cancellations to travel plans
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, regulations, and destination information
- Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and vendors
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and destination information
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus
