Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel Agent to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and booking travel arrangements for our employees, including flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other travel-related services.

Responsibilities:
- Research and book flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees traveling for business purposes
- Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to company policies and budget constraints
- Work closely with employees to understand their travel needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service and support to employees before, during, and after their travels
- Keep detailed records of all travel arrangements and expenses
- Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and changes in regulations
- Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms and industry trends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
