Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team in Al Ain, specializing in financial services for travel-related needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for travel. This role involves providing exceptional service to clients while navigating the complexities of travel arrangements, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, transportation, and financial solutions related to travel financing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, financial needs, and budget constraints. Provide expert advice and tailored travel solutions that meet their individual requirements.

- Travel Arrangements: Organize and book all aspects of travel, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Financial Advisory: Assist clients in understanding travel financing options, including payment plans, travel loans, and other financial services. Provide guidance on currency exchange, budgeting, and potential cost-saving measures.

- Market Research: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and financial services within the industry. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve service offerings.

- Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely follow-up on all travel-related matters.

- Documentation Management: Ensure all travel documents are accurate and compliant with legal regulations. Prepare itineraries, invoices, and financial documentation as required.

- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure the best rates and services for clients.

- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by promoting financial services and travel packages effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, travel management, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of travel planning software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
